Trinity
That our God is Trinity - Three-in-One - remains one of the most difficult and powerful truths of the Christian faith. In this one simple word, so much is expressed about God - that God is essentially a divine community of love, that God is deeply connected with humanity and all of creation, that God manifests God's presence, nature and purpose in a variety of ways (to mention a few things). But, simultaneously, the Trinity reminds us that when we talk about God, we are always searching for words, and the truth about God always remains out of reach of our minds.
In light of this, the celebration of Trinity Sunday is a significant and challenging festival in the Church calendar. These few simple resources are offered in an attempt to help you make this day a worship celebration of wonder, awe and challenge.
